As of today, Gypsy Knights Games is one year old. We've made it through our first year.
Its been exciting! Its gone far better than I would ever have hoped. I hope you too have enjoyed the ride.

Mysticon
Just in from MystiCon. Wow, that was a lot of fun. Everything with the trip went well except that my laptop died (which is why this report is coming to you on Sunday).
It was my first time as a guest and my first time on a panel. Was really nervous about the panel, but thanks to Mike McPhail who made the panel smooth and easy for me (as well as entertaining for those who attended it).
Ran three games of Traveller there and all three went quite well. Special thanks to Brian Rucker. Brian really brought the character of Ethan Mau to life and was kind enough to do so in all three games.
Thanks to the other playtesters as well: Gerry Martin, George Kelly, Larry Gibson, Christina Gibson, Sherri Brewer, Paul Cardullo, Trincy Walker, Rob Ward, Richard Lombardi, Dan Thomas, and George Minter. Big thanks to George Minter as well for doing such an excellent job with organizing gaming at the con.
If at all possible, we're going to try to be there again next year. The whole convention was a blast. Thanks to all the fine folks at MystiCon for having me there as a guest.

MystiCon Feb 24-26
Well, we're off to MystiCon!
This is special to me as it will be the first time I will be a guest at a convention. I'm really looking forward to this!
I'm participating in a panel on "Building Strange New Worlds" at 4pm on Friday. At 7pm Friday, I'll be signing copies of Cascadia, 21 Plots, and 21 Plots Too. Then that night at 9pm, I'll be running the first of three Traveller adventures "Save Our Ship".
Saturday at Noon, I'll be running "The Lost Girl". And then at 8pm that night I'll be running the final adventure "Fled".
So if you find yourself within driving distance of Roanoke, Virginia this weekend, come by and say hello!

Back From ConNooga
Had a great time at ConNooga this weekend. Special thanks to Tim Lee who was running Traveller this weekend at the convention. Had a great time getting to PLAY Traveller for a change.
Overall, ConNooga is a fun con and if you are in the Chattanooga area, you should give it a shot. You'll do a lot of walking (many of the venues are separated by large parking lots), but you'll find the walk well worth it.....even if it is raining.
Looking forward to doing this one again next year.

ConNooga Feb 17-19
Several members of the Gypsy Knights (including my wife and myself) will be putting in appearances at ConNooga this weekend. If you happen to be in the Chattanooga, Tennessee area, come by the convention.
The convention is centered around gaming, but has a little something for everyone. Stop in and say hello. I'm not a guest at this one, but I know that I will be in the gaming area during several points over the weekend. Feel free to say hi!

Franklin Proof
Well, the USPS was as good as its word: the print proof for Franklin has arrived. Unfortunately, there are some problems and I dont want to release it until those problems have been repaired.
So... the print copy of Franklin may have a little longer to wait.

Error And Proof
Last night while going over Franklin again, we noticed a layout error that had crept in during the pdf conversion. That error has been corrected as of this morning and you should be able to download a corrected version from DTRPG.
In other news, the United States Postal Service tells me that we should have the print proof for Franklin here tomorrow. So I think we should be able to have it in print soon.
I was hoping to have some print copies of Franklin to carry with me to Mysticon, but it appears that might not be possible. We'll see.
